Now that I don’t have to sit down at infusion chairs for chemo every week, for life, I’ve just been given time to do other things.
So I will be..
1 THANKING GOD
His grace led me to a life-changing vehicle accident on 2.15.19 that changed the trajectory of my journey. I was dying and didn’t even know it. After 9 months of my tumor constantly bleeding and growing, my hemoglobin was at 4. A value less than 5 can lead to heart failure and death. I also didn’t know I was severely anemic. No wonder I didn’t see the red light!🤔
I was T-boned by a small truck. Three of my ribs and thumb broke. An MMR rushed me to the ER of MidMichigan in Midland, a teaching hospital. God arranged it all. That fateful accident led me to find the doctor and all the care I needed. It’s been 2 years, 7 months and 6 days from then.
2 THANKING ALL OF YOU
I’ve reached out and you took me in. You have no idea how God used your every thought, every prayer, every kindness and every gift from the heart to comfort me in those times when I needed a touch from God. I felt all of that and I’m deeply grateful. 😍
3 THANKING MY DOCTORS, NURSES and HEALTHCARE GIVERS
They all treated me with nothing but respect and compassion. On my latest visit to the hospital, the receptionist told me: “I like you because unlike the grumpy ones who come here, you are always happy. “🤩
Thank you, Jesus, for depositing enormous amount of joy in my heart. Happiness is inevitable 😁
It is why I am not grumpy. Even in the time of cancer.
